Led by the stylist Sylvie PRENANT, IBA is a Styling and Design Agency specialized in home decor. In 2003, the company created a brand of middle-high range contemporary carpets: URBAN CARPETS.

The brand is distributed in about 140 stores in France. It is also present in 15 countries throughout the world, especially in the United States, with its subsidiary brand URBAN CARPETS INC, Chicago, Illinois. Moreover, there is an office in Moscow and the brand operates in about 30 stores in Spain.

A graduate of the "Arts-Appliqués - Paris", Sylvie PRENANT has specialized in home design. Living in Languedoc, she has been deeply influenced by mediterranean and occitan trends. She is strong of many achievements in different fields: home-furnishing, bed and kitchen table linen, tableware and contemporary carpets.

The contemporary furniture designer Roche Bobois has endorsed the style created by Sylvie Prenant in the Urban Carpets designs for its own universe, all this with an exclusive collection. The latter is only on sale at the Roche Bobois stores.
