IBA is dedicated to the fight against the terrible problem of child labor.  IBA guarantees that no child has contributed to the production of carpets for the URBAN CARPETS brand.

 

All our carpets are guaranteed for 6 months; in the event of deterioration not caused by abnormal use, we unconditionally commit to replacing the carpet you ordered.  Furthermore, each carpet is identified by a label, a certificate stating its origin, the name of the Designer, the name of the product and its reference number, and the fabrication techniques.

 

We guarantee that the information gathered during the ordering process or commercial relations between IBA and its customers shall not be communicated in any way to any third party outside the company.  We guarantee that all our files and processed data are regularly declared to the French Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL). We would like to remind you that all customers have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any personal data related to them (Art. 34 of the French Data Protection Act - Loi informatique et Libertés).
